COVID-19 Policy Update

Policy Update (08/04/20)

Given the ongoing coronavirus health crisis, we have implemented more flexible conditions for travellers. The situation is highly dynamic and the position is changing frequently. In light of these circumstances, the cancellation policy has been updated and will be as follows:

Individual guests who have booked a flexible and non-flexible rate directly with the hotel (phone, email, hotel website and front desk) prior to April 1, 2020, and are scheduled to arrive prior to May 1, 2020, may opt for the below options:

  • Cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty
  • Change their stay dates (rates may differ for future dates and those rates will apply)
  • Full credit for future use (valid for 12 months from the original booking date)

Those who have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties should contact their booking provider directly for assistance to postpone.

We will regularly update our policy as the situation evolves.

Given the unprecedented circumstances we face due to COVID-19, if you are unable to travel due to government restrictions that are in place, we will waive any cancellation fees and offer a change of date, full credit to be used until the end of 2021 or a full refund.

Both the lap pool and lagoon pool will be upgraded between 14th July 2020 to 4th August 2020.
During this time the pools and pool area will be closed.
