Book an appointment

APPOINTMENT POLICY
We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist for your spa experience. Gift voucher numbers must be taken at the time of making your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice. Those using gift-vouchers will be charged 50% of the booking fee. For no-shows using a voucher you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

SPA ETIQUETTE
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you time complete your client card and relax. Please respect the quiet and privacy needs of other guests by turning off your mobile phone prior to arrival. Unfortunately late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time.

PEDICURES
Preserve your polish and wear open toed shoes to a pedicure.

MEN
For a smooth facial please shave before a treatment.
